How Pointe School of Dance looks after the information families share with us. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you book a trial, enrol or contact us we collect the parent or carer’s name, email and phone, and your child’s name, age, and any medical or learning needs you choose to tell us about.
How we use it
Only to run the school: to arrange classes, exams and shows, keep children safe and send you term news. We never sell your information.
Children’s information
Medical and emergency details are seen only by teachers and the office, kept in a locked file, and deleted two years after your child leaves.
Photos and filming
We only use photos of pupils on this site or social media with written permission, which you can withdraw at any time. Parents may not film during shows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and your child. Email hello@pointe.example and we’ll reply within a month.

This site uses only the cookies needed to work and anonymous visitor counts. No advertising cookies.
